Not enough stars to rate just how amazing Bryan Smith and his staff are. I have used this firm repeatedly for my ongoing child custody case and I’m always well taken care of. Bryan is honest and will tell you straight forward if he feels you have a case or not and will NOT string you along just to take your money like so many others. He won’t tell you what you want to hear but instead the truth. He is a beast in court and will defend you better than any other attorney I have seen. I don’t generally leave reviews but feel compelled to say that there is no one with Bryan Smith’s level of expertise in so many areas of law in the Wilmington area. Prior to moving to the Wilmington area he worked in the District Attorney’s office in another county here in NC... I worked for the Sheriff’s Dept. in the same county.
