Associate Attorney Megan Schultz was born and raised in Frederick, Maryland. She graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in Social Work, before attending the University of Baltimore School of Law. During her time at Baltimore, Megan participated in Moot Court as well as the Innocence Project Legal Clinic.
Megan is licensed in the state of North Carolina and is a member of the federal bar in the Eastern District of North Carolina. Megan is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the New Hanover County Bar Association, and is the CLE Coordinator for Coastal Women’s Attorneys. She also volunteers for New Hanover County Teen Court.
Megan is also the co-chair of the Street Fair Music Stage and Beer Garden for the North Carolina Azalea Festival and is on the advisory council for the Phi Mu Fraternity – Gamma Kappa Chapter at UNCW.
In her free time, Megan enjoys yoga, traveling, the beach, and practicing calligraphy.
